The 50-piece flush mount black hole plug assortment is designed for use in auto body and sheet metal applications. These button plugs with flush-type heads can be used for plugging holes in equipment made of sheet metal, such as automobile bodies, tanks, refrigeration units, and more.

The assortment includes: - (10) 1/4" plugs - (5) each of the following sizes: 3/8", 1/2", 3/4", 1", 1 1/14", 1 1/2", 1 3/4", and 2"

These plugs can be easily snapped into holes and are held in place by a bead until deliberately removed. They are made of low-density polyethylene (LDPE) or ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) material, depending on the specific size.

The LDPE plugs have a service temperature range of -94°F to 175°F (-70°C to 79°C), while the EVA plugs have a range of -90°F to 140°F (-68°C to 60°C). All plugs are black in color.

Each size is sorted and bagged individually, with all nine sizes bagged inside another bag. This organization ensures easy access and identification for the user.

These plugs are intended for use on flat surfaces and have a tolerance of +/- 0.010" for proper fitment. They can be sealed and painted as needed.

For the snap-in feature, the maximum material thickness is 0.080". If the material you are using these on is thicker, an alternative method will be required to seal the plugs in place.
